In 1974, in the bustling by-lanes of Jheel Khuranja Sabzi Mandi, our founder Sardar Daljeet Singh began a modest spice shop with a single stone chakki and a single conviction — that the Indian kitchen deserves only pure, aromatic, unadulterated masalas. What began as a family stall soon became a neighbourhood institution.
Today, three generations later, we still hand-select every batch of coriander seeds, roast every peppercorn to perfection, and blend our garam masala using the exact recipe our grandfather noted in his Urdu diary.
